Police arrest Waynesboro man charged with drug delivery resulting in death on Tuesday.
Justin Mason, 37, of Waynesboro is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to manufacture/deliver a controlled substance following a police investigation into an unattended death in November 2019.
Mason was arraigned and taken to Franklin Coutny Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
