CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Police in Franklin County are searching for a suspected arsonist.
Nelson Enrique Rodriguez, 38, of Chambersburg, is accused of setting a home on fire while it was still occupied, according to Chambersburg Police.
Rodriguez was involved in an argument with an occupant of the residence, located on the 100 block of S. 3rd Street, police claim.
An arrest warrant for Rodriguez was issued this week, police said. In addition to arson, he's also charged with criminal attempted homicide, causing a catastrophe, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.
Rodriguez remains wanted at this time, police said. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Chambersburg Police at (717) 264-4131 or submit a tip online.
