FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — Update, 1:30 p.m.: State Police said Anne and Colton Runk were located and are safe.

Pennsylvania State Police are searching for two people missing from Willow Hill who they believe may be at special risk of harm or injury.
Troopers say Anne and Colton Runk were last seen in the 14000 block of Path Valley Road, Fannett Township around 7:50 a.m. on Dec. 18.
Colton, 10, was last seen wearing a blue beach t-shirt, gray sweatpants, green and black Under Armour sneakers and carrying a blue camouflage backpack. He is 5-foot-1, weighs 160 pounds and has blonde hair and green eyes.
It is not known was Anne, 46, is wearing. She is described as a 5-foot-3 woman who weighs 170 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
Anne is driving a silver 2012 GMC Terrain, bearing Pennsylvania Registration KXE-9823.
Anyone with information on the Runks is asked to contact police immediately by calling 911 or the Pennsylvania State Police - Chambersburg Station at (717) 264-5161.
