CARLISLE, Pa. — The Carlisle Police Department is investigating a shots-fired incident at a home in Carlisle.
It occurred overnight on Monday, Nov. 18 into Tuesday, Nov. 19. Carlisle Police investigated the incident at the 100 block of Liberty Avenue.
A residence was struck with gunfire during the incident.
