COLUMBIA COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Harrisburg has been sentenced in Columbia County after a fatal crash back in 2022.
Andres Garcia Arce was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and other charges after Garcia Arce got into a fight with his husband, Julio Perez, while they were traveling on Interstate 80 near Bloomsburg.
Investigators say Garcia Arce drove into the median and beat Julio Perez. Perez was hit by two vehicles when he tried to run away and was killed.
