LANCASTER, Pa. — Police in Lancaster County are continuing to investigate a hit-and-run crash that occurred in August, and are seeking help identifying the owner of the suspect vehicle involved or potential witnesses to the incident.
The crash occurred at 5:36 p.m. on August 24 along the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway East, according to East Lampeter Township Police.
The suspect vehicle, a black pickup truck, did not stop at the crash scene, police said.
