LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A 15-year-old was killed in Lancaster County early Monday morning.
According to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office, on Aug. 5 at 3:28 a.m., the coroner responded to the area of 1400 Beaver Valley Pike in Strasburg Township for a struck pedestrian.
The coroner reportedly observed a juvenile on the side of the road who was ultimately pronounced dead. The girl was confirmed to have lived locally and was 15 years old.
The cause and manner of her death are still pending.
State police are investigating the death.
