LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County man is facing three counts of trespassing for three separate incidents at a residence between December of 2023 and July 3, 2024.
Nathan C. Warner, 30, was reportedly served notice by the lessee of the property and verbally told by police he was no longer allowed to be on the property, according to the Pequea Township Police Department.
The first charge was filed after Warner was on the property in December of 2023, which eventually became an arrest warrant.
In June of 2024, Warner allegedly came on the property and fled when the lessee returned. As a result, he was charged a second time and an additional arrest warrant was filed against him.
On July 3, a neighbor of the home contacted police and told them that she saw Warner's car parked behind the house and Warner entering the home.
Police secured a search warrant and allegedly found Warner hiding in a bedroom closet inside the property.
As a result, Warner was charged with trespassing for a third time and transported to Lancaster County Prison for failing to post bail due to a probation violation detainer.
