Car stuck in Lancaster County pond, driver escapes

The driver was able to get out of the car with assistance and was treated at the scene by responding EMS crews.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Lancaster County emergency crews responded to the scene of a vehicle incident on Tuesday.

According to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department, officers are at the scene of a single-vehicle incident in Warwick Township along West Millport Road where the vehicle ended up in a retention pond. 

The driver was able to get out of the car with assistance and was treated at the scene by responding EMS crews. 

The incident is under investigation. Anyone with information has been asked to contact the NLCRPD at 717-733-0965.
