COLUMBIA, Pa. — A disabled train temporarily blocked access to the River Park and Columbia Crossing River Trails Center, police in the Lancaster County borough said Friday.

The train was stopped on tracks along North Front and Walnut streets, according to Columbia Borough Police, who warned residents and visitors to avoid climbing over the stopped train to access the park.

The train began moving again just before 11 a.m., and the path to the park and the building were expected to be restored shortly, the police department said.
