PSP: Driver killed in Lancaster County crash was under influence of alcohol, controlled substance

The unidentified individual was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police have determined that a fatal October crash killed a driver who was under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance.

According to the report, on Oct. 26 at 2:48 a.m., troopers were dispatched to a reported two-vehicle crash on N. Hollander Road, north of Yost Road in Leacock Township, Lancaster County. 

A subsequent investigation determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance at the time of the crash. 

The unidentified individual was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office.
