LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A man found dead near the parking lot of a Lancaster County business last month died of his injuries after being struck by a vehicle, but acute drug intoxication was a contributing factor, the Lancaster County Coroner's Office said Monday.

The body of 44-year-old Jason Lutz, of Kirkwood, was found lying in a driveway leading to an office building off South Belmont Road on the morning of June 19, according to Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni.

Lutz's body showed signs of physical trauma caused by a motor vehicle, Diamantoni said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy conducted on June 21 determined Lutz died of multiple traumatic injuries, with acute drug intoxication listed as a contributing factor.

Diamantoni ruled the manner of death accidental.
