MANHEIM, Pa. — A Lancaster County man is facing charges after an alleged shots-fired incident in the Manheim Area earlier this month.
Joseph Moore, 23, is charged with a count of terroristic threats and a count of reckless endangerment after the investigation on an alleged incident on the 200 block of Doe Run Road in Manheim on June 15, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.
Three victims told police that Moore was one of a group of people who fired a handgun in their direction while riding on an ATV. The victims said they saw bullets skipping off a pond in their direction.
Police made contact with Moore, who owned the handgun, a 9mm pistol.
Authorities did not share any additional details about the incident.
