Lancaster County Coroner responds to fatal weekend crash

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County man passed away following a single-vehicle crash in Lancaster County. 

On Nov. 11 at 11:58 p.m., the Lancaster County Coroner's Office responded to Westview Road in Martic Township for the crash. 

The coroner arrived at the scene and saw a pickup truck off the side of the road with an adult man in the driver's seat. The man was later identified as Randy Turner Jr., 33, from Martic Township. 

A physical assessment at the scene determined he had died from trauma. An autopsy was performed on Nov. 13 and Turner's manner of death was ruled accidental with multiple traumatic injuries determined as his cause.
