LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — State Police in Lancaster have confirmed that a one-vehicle crash killed one person on Saturday.
According to PSP, the crash occurred on Holtwood Road west of Magnolia Road in Drumore Township at 1 p.m.
Kristy Larson, 42, of Lancaster, was driving eastbound down Holtwood Road and crashed when she traveled across the westbound lane.
Larson continued to drive off the road into the grass until the vehicle hit a large tree before ricocheting off back into the middle of the roadway.
Troopers confirmed that Larson was airlifted to Lancaster General Hospital in critical condition, but was pronounced deceased during emergency surgery.
