Motorcyclist trapped under vehicle after Lancaster County crash

Police in Lititz Borough are currently investigating the crash, which left a motorcyclist trapped underneath a vehicle on North Broad Street.

LITITZ, Pa. — A motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital after a crash in Lancaster County on Tuesday.

According to the Lititz Borough Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Broad Street at around 1:47 p.m. to investigate the crash, where they discovered the motorcyclist trapped underneath a vehicle.

Preliminary information indicates that the crash involved three vehicles in total; two passenger cars and one motorcycle.

The motorcycle had been traveling northbound down N. Broad St., before striking the cars, which were both traveling southbound.

No additional injuries were reported, and a full investigation to confirm the cause of the crash is currently underway.
