NARVON, Pa. — A Lancaster County man died of injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash involving a horse and buggy Sunday on Sheep Hill Road and Pennsylvania 897, authorities said Tuesday.

Levi Stoltzfus, 81, of Narvon, was pronounced dead at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital at 10:24 p.m., according to Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni.

An autopsy performed Monday determined Stoltzfus died of multiple traumatic injuries. His manner of death was ruled accidental, Diamantoni said.

An investigation of the crash determined Stoltzfus's buggy struck another vehicle while traveling on Sheep Hill Road.
