Lancaster man charged with 17 counts of burglary stemming back to summer of 2023

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Leola man has been arrested and charged with 17 counts of robbery, among other charges. 

According to the East Lampeter Township Police Department, during the early morning hours of Feb. 20, officers were investigating suspicious activity in Leola. The investigation led to a foot pursuit and the arrest of Tyrese Hatfield, 23. 

Hatfield has been charged with 17 counts of robbery, three counts of criminal attempted burglary, burglary, and loitering and prowling at night. 

His bail was set at $150,000 and Hatfield was remanded to the Lancaster County Prison. 

As a result of the ongoing investigation, multiple burglary cases were solved dating back to the summer of 2023. The investigation reportedly involves numerous agencies in the area.
