LANCASTER, Pa. — Lancaster Police are investigating a case of animal abuse in the city, and are looking for help from the public to identify the suspect.
According to police, a concerned citizen shared a video of a man who was seen kicking a small white dog several times while walking it on the 600 block of Marietta Avenue on Sunday night.
The man was wearing a red jacket, a red cap, and black pants, police said.
