LANCASTER, Pa. — The Lancaster Bureau of Police on Friday announced the arrests of a total of six suspects in three alleged illegal drug and weapons incidents in the city over the last three weeks.
Four suspects were arrested in the first incident, which occurred on Feb. 21 during a home visit by State Parole agents on the 500 block of Woodward Street. Agents were there to visit parolee Brandon Hill, police said.
While inside, agents observed the barrel of a handgun protruding from underneath a jacket, lying on a couch. They lifted up the jacket and located three Glock handguns underneath the jacket.
The agents contacted Lancaster Police to assist with the incident due to the discovered firearms, police said.
The police department's Selective Enforcement Unit and members of the Criminal Investigation Unit responded and worked together to secure the residence, procure a search warrant, and recover the following items from the residence:
- Four Glock handguns (one with a full automatic switch)
- Multiple handgun magazines
- Multiple sealed foil packets containing marijuana and drug packaging materials
The following suspects were charged:
- Brandon Hill, 22, of Lancaster: Persons Not to Possess a Firearm (F), Possession with Intent to Deliver (F) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)
- Nyahir Cameron, 18, of Columbia: Persons Not to Possess a Firearm (F), Possession with Intent to Deliver (F) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)
- Jaiden Servance, 21, of Lancaster: Possession with Intent to Deliver (F) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)
- Kalyim Plowden, 18, of Lancaster: Charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver (F) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)
On March 7 at approximately 5:28 p.m., Lancaster Police officers were dispatched to the area of North Plum Street and Hand Avenue for a report of a male with a gun.
The reporting person observed a male wearing all black with a surgical mask, manipulating a handgun in his waistband. Responding officers located a subject matching the description provided.
A foot pursuit ensued and the suspect, later identified as Trebor Glover, was captured in the 200 block of E Liberty St, according to police.
Glover had a loaded Glock 30 .45 ACP in his possession that he kept on him throughout the foot pursuit, police claim. He is charged with Person Not to Possess a Firearm (F), Carrying a Firearm without a license (F), Evading Arrest (M) and Scattering Rubbish (S)
On March 8, at approximately 2 a.m., a Lancaster Police officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of S Plum St for summary traffic violations.
While speaking with the driver, Yordy Perez-Martinez, an officer observed a distinct bulge in Perez-Martinez’s right side waistband, police said.
Through the investigation the bulge was found to be a loaded H&K 9mm handgun that was illegally possessed by Perez-Martinez, who was arrested without incident and charged with one count of Carrying a Firearm without a License (M), Driving with a Suspended License (S) and Expired Registration (S).
