LANCASTER, Pa. — Lancaster Police are searching for a missing man believed to be in danger.
Theodore Mosley, 65, has not been seen since February 3, police said.
He is described as a Black male, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 180 pounds and is of average build. He suffers from mental health issues, according to police.
