LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A 21-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday morning in Lancaster County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

It happened just after 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28.

According to police, the man, who is from Ronks, was driving west on Strasburg Road (Route 741) in Paradise Township when he veered into the other lane and hit an embankment. That caused his car to go airborne. It continued eastbound through a utility pole and rolled multiple times.

Police say the car came to rest approximately 60 feet west of the initial point of impact.

The driver was trapped in his vehicle and killed in the crash. No other people or vehicles were involved.

His name has not yet been released.

State police continue to investigate the crash. It's not yet known what caused the driver to veer into the other lane.
