Columbia's Memorial Day Parade will have a different route this year, organizers say

The route of Sunday afternoon's parade has been changed due to road construction, police said. The parade steps off Sunday at 2:30 p.m.

COLUMBIA, Pa. — The Columbia Memorial Day Parade will have a new route when it steps off Sunday afternoon, the Lancaster County borough's police department said.

The new route is necessary due to road construction, according to police.

The parade will step off Sunday at 2:30 p.m., police said. It begins at 10th and Manor streets, turns right onto 4th Street, left onto Cherry Street, right onto 2nd Street, and right onto Locust Street before ending at 7th and Locust streets, police said.
