LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Police are investigating a suspected hit-and-run crash involving a bicyclist in Lancaster County.
It occurred Tuesday morning at the intersection of Woodcrest Avenue and Millport Road, near Rohrer's Quarry in Warwick Township, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.
The striking vehicle was a white SUV that left the scene after the crash, continuing toward the quarry from Woodcrest Avenue, police claim.
The bicyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash and was transported to a local hospital by ambulance, according to police.
The suspect vehicle should show damage to its passenger side, specifically in the area of the rear-view mirror, police said.
