Dauphin County man pronounced deceased after Pa. Turnpike crash

According to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office, Nicholas Blouch, 43, of Lower Paxton, was pronounced dead at the scene.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — The Lancaster County Coroner's Office was called to the Pennsylvania Turnpike at just past 5 a.m. on Saturday.

According to the coroner's office, the vehicle crash occurred near mile marker 270.3 in Penn Township on the westbound lane of the Turnpike.

At the scene, a male victim was found along the roadway and pronounced dead.

The victim was identified as Nicholas Blouch, 43, of Lower Paxton. Blouch was the driver of the vehicle that left the roadway, resulting in him being ejected.

A second passenger in the same vehicle was transported from the scene to a Dauphin County hospital.

The Lancaster County Forensic Center determined that Blouch's cause of death was multiple traumatic injuries, and his manner of death was ruled an accident.
