LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenager.
According to the Columbia Borough Police Department, Robert Jeffrey Fink Jr., 42, from Columbia, sexually assaulted the 13-year-old on Sept. 9, 2023.
The affidavit of probable cause states that Fink Jr. provided the victim with marijuana before the assault.
The victim was tested at a nearby hospital for a Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE). According to the results, Fink Jr.'s DNA was found on the victim's genitalia.
Fink Jr. has been charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors- defendant ages 18 or above, corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old.
