COLUMBIA, Pa. — Columbia Borough Police are searching for a missing teen.
Jasmine Ober, 17, was last seen on the 200 block of Malt Ave. on Feb. 8, police say. She was wearing blue jeans, a thin, dark jacket, and white sneakers.
