LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster man is facing multiple charges after police say he sent numerous sexually explicit photos and videos to two juvenile boys over a three-year span.

Raul Ramos Jr., 23, of the 100 block of Jennings Drive, is charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, three counts of unlawful contact with a minor, two counts of sharing obscene or sexual materials, two counts of criminal use of a communication facility, two counts of corruption of minors, and one count of indecent assault, according to Manheim Township Police.

Police say the victims' parents contacted authorities after discovering Ramos Jr. was sending sexual videos to the victims via Instagram. The victims were 13 and 12 years old at the time, police said.

The first victim told police Ramos Jr. would touch them and try to get them to have sexual intercourse with him, and would get "mad" at them for saying no and "block" them on social media.

The second victim said Ramos Jr. would send them sexual photographs and videos "almost every night" for about three years, police said.
