LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Kids from a Lancaster County tennis program were able to play on a world-famous court.
Children and teens with Tennis Central NJTL stepped on the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center court in New York City on Thursday and played in front of gathered crowds.
The non-profit was selected by the USTA to play on the court based on Tennis Central's commitment to making tennis accessible at the junior level.
The kids followed in the footsteps of tennis greats as they played on the court in between U.S. Open matches.
