Lancaster County man arrested after raid on his home by Drug Task Force

Timothy Sherrin, 41, of Lititz, was found to be in possession of more than 800 grams of methamphetamine and two illegal "ghost" guns, authorities said.

LITITZ, Pa. — A Lancaster County man was arrested last month after members of the Lancaster County Drug Task Force found more than 800 grams of methamphetamine, various other drugs and two "ghost" guns in a raid of his home, the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office said.

Timothy Sherrin, 41, was taken into custody following a raid of his Lititz home on March 21, according to prosecutors.

He is charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of illegal possession of a firearm, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Members of the LCDTF executed the search warrant at Sherrin's home on the 500 block of Greenhowe Drive.

During the search, detectives located approximately 858 grams of methamphetamine, 28 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 47 grams of marijuana, 21 bags of heroin, two black semiautomatic pistols without serial numbers (commonly known as "ghost" guns), two digital gram scales, packaging material and small Ziploc-style bags.

Sherrin was unable to legally possess a firearm after a prior conviction for possession of a controlled substance in 2021, according to the district attorney's office.

Manheim Township Police Department and Pennsylvania State Police assisted in the investigation.

Sherrin is currently in Lancaster County Prison on $125,000 bail set by Magisterial District Judge Courtney Monson.
