LITITZ, Pa. — A Lancaster County man is facing 42 felony and six misdemeanor charges after police say he raped and sexually abused five underaged victims multiple times over the course of more than a decade.
Vladimir Stanislavo Sayevskiy, 52, of Lititz, was charged on April 11 after an investigation conducted by Northern Lancaster County Regional Police, who were alerted when one of his alleged victims came forward on April 5.
The victim, who was under the age of 13 at the time of the alleged sexual abuse, said Sayevskiy raped her multiple times over a two-year span from 2019 to 2021.
The second alleged victim reported similar allegations against Sayevskiy, claiming he sexually assaulted her multiple times from 2009 to 2012 when she was under the age of 13.
The third victim reported Sayevskiy raped her multiple times between 2013 through 2016 when she was under the age of 13.
The fourth victim claimed Sayevskiy raped her multiple times between the years of 2015 through 2018. She was also under the age of 13 at the time of the alleged sexual abuse, police said.
The fifth victim also claimed Sayevskiy raped her while she was under the age of 13, reporting the alleged abuse occurred between the years of 2017 and 2019.
As a result of the investigation, Sayevskiy is charged with:
- 3 counts of rape of a child
- 3 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child
- 6 counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child
- 12 counts of indecent assault
- 5 counts of unlawful contact with a minor
- 5 counts of corruption of minors
- 5 counts of endangering the welfare of a minor
- 1 count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse
- 2 counts of aggravated indecent assault
- 6 counts of indecent assault
All but the indecent assault charges are felonies, police said.
Sayevskiy is being held in Lancaster County Prison after his bail was denied following arraignment. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 22, according to court records.
