LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Update, 10 a.m. (Jan. 30): The Manheim Township Police Department received notice that Bogroff, Tiffani Chanel was arrested on Jan. 27. She was located and taken into custody by the Pennsville Township Police Department in New Jersey and is being detained in the Salem County Correctional Facility.
Arrangements are being made for extradition, but Bogroff has not yet been arraigned, according to police.

A Lancaster County woman has been charged after allegedly leaving her child alone for a month in a house with no heat or running water.
Tiffani Chanel Bogroff, 45, from Lancaster, was charged with endangering the welfare of children after a welfare check, according to the Manheim Township Police Department.
It was reported that a juvenile was living alone at the house for approximately one month. An officer met with the victim on Nov. 22, who reported that Bogroff moved to New Jersey a month ago to live with her boyfriend.
According to the victim, Bogroff occasionally communicated with them via text messages. The victim was given access to food when Bogroff sent money via CashApp.
The victim was living in the home alone and was responsible for taking care of two dogs and a cat. The house had no heat, with a space heater in the living room, no running water and the gas had been shut off.
The house was reportedly cluttered with trash and rotten food.
The victim told police that they sometimes went to school, but found it difficult to wake up in the morning since they were alone.
A relative reported that they occasionally took the victim to the grocery store and brought them to their house to shower and wash clothes.
A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant has been obtained. According to police, Bogroff remains a wanted person at this time.
