Vehicle strikes pedestrian in Lebanon County, police investigating

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. — A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a vehicle in Lebanon City. 

According to the Lebanon City Police Department, the incident occurred at 9th and Chestnut Street at approximately 10:03 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3. 

The department's initial investigation determined that the pedestrian was walking westbound on the crosswalk on 9th Street when the vehicle turned left from Chestnut Street to travel north on 9th Street. 

The pedestrian was taken to a hospital for treatment, and no one else was injured.
