PALMYRA, Pa. — A Lebanon County man has been charged with supplying fentanyl to a 27-year-old man who later died of a drug overdose last year, Palmyra Police announced.
Tyler Michael Singer, 27, is charged with felony counts of drug delivery resulting in death, delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility and a misdemeanor count of involuntary manslaughter, police said.
The victim was found dead of an apparent drug overdose on July 16, 2022 at a home on the 200 block of North College Street, according to police.
An autopsy determined he had ingested enough fentanyl to kill nearly 30 adults, police claim.
After an investigation of more than a year, police determined that Singer had delivered fentanyl to the victim on multiple occasions, including one instance less than an hour before the victim's death, police said.
Singer was taken into custody on Tuesday and arraigned Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Kim Wolf, who set bail at $500,000.
He was then remanded to Lebanon County Correctional Facility to await trial.
