DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Lewisburg man is dead after being crushed by hundreds of pounds of steel in a workplace accident, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Jordan Zimmerman, 31, died at a work site on North Crossroads Road in Lykens Township, Dauphin County around 9:20 a.m. on Jan. 15.
The coroner ruled his cause of death to be traumatic head injury and the manner to be accidental.
According to Zimmerman's obituary on Daily Item, his family asks that instead of flowers, memorial gifts be made to the Millmont Mennonite Church Bible Club, c/o: Ryan Hostetler, 3965 Pheasant Ridge Road, Lewisburg.
