YORK, Pa. — York County District Attorney Dave Sunday announced the sentencing of two men convicted in September of attempted homicide and firearms offenses.
Flair Griggs, 27, and Walter Jenkins, 25, were both sentenced this week to prison terms of 20 to 40 years on the attempted homicide charges, Sunday said.
Griggs was also sentenced to an additional 6 to 12 years for a person not to possess a firearm conviction, while Jenkens was sentenced to an additional 14 to 28 months for a firearms offense, according to Sunday.
The pair was convicted in September in relation to an incident that occurred on Jan. 13, 2022, according to Sunday.
Sunday's office did not share any details regarding the attempted murder charges.
Griggs was questioned in connection to at least four other shootings in the city of York since 2013, according to FOX43 archives.
