MIFFLIN COUNTY, Pa. — Charges are being filed against two Mifflin County School District students after threats of school violence were found.
The Mifflin County Regional Police Department and MCJHS school administration had been investigating the threat of school violence that was found written on the boys' restroom wall at the Mifflin County Junior High School on Tuesday, Sept. 10, according to Superintendent Vance. S. Varner.
An MCJHS student, who has not been identified by police due to age, was questioned and allegedly confessed to the act.
The Mifflin County Regional Police Department is reportedly filing charges against the student.
On Sept. 16, officials began investigating a threat of school violence found in the girls' restroom at Mifflin County Middle School. On Sept. 18, an MCMS student was questioned and confessed to the act.
Law enforcement is filing charges against the student.
