FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — Police are searching for a missing Franklin County teen.
Evan Clifton, 15, is from Fort Loudon in Peters Township, State Police say.
It is believed he may be heading to the Philadelphia area.
Clifton stands 5'9" tall and weighs 140 pounds.
