YORK, Pa. — It's another Olivia's Wednesday!
Adrienne and Yanni are keeping it light before Thanksgiving with grilled lamb chops, served over an Autumn salad.
Go ahead and enjoy it at home with the recipe below:
Lamp Chop Salad
3 cups Arugula Greens
1/2 Apple - sliced thin
1/2 cup - whole Pecans - toasted
2 tbsp - Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
3 tbsp - Craisins
Toss all ingredients together and top with Fire grilled Lamp Chops.
Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Lemon - squeezed & zested
1 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Apple Cider
2 tbsp Fresh Mint
3 tbsp diced Shallots
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
5 tbsp Honey
Vigorously whisk all ingredients together. Drizzle over salad. Enjoy!!

Crisp Autumn Margarita
Patron
Italicus Bergamot Orange liqueur
Lime Juice
Fresh Lime
Apple cider
Pear Juice
Rim:
Blend of
Salt
Allspice
Cinnamon
Ground Ginger
Nutmeg
Ground Cloves
Fill glass with ice. Add Patron, Italicus, Lime juice, fresh Lime, Apple Cider, & Pear Juice. Shake. Pour into glass rimmed with a mix of the above ingredients.
Garnish with dehydrated Apple Slice. Cheers!
