York Fringe Festival continues with several performances this weekend

York Fringe Festival is already underway, but there are still plenty of shows to see this weekend.

YORK, Pa. — Since COVID-19 pandemic, the York Fringe Festival was put on pause - but this year, they're back and welcoming you to witness several performances this weekend.

They've already kicked things off this week, but there are still plenty to see through Sunday.

This festival highlights local artists who share anything from comedy performances to theatre.

York Fringe Festival describes the experience as "the Wikipedia entry on theatre, a music festival, and an art gallery, throw them in a blender with some craft beer and frappe until smooth."

The shows take place at several venues throughout York such as the Valencia Ballroom, Rockfish Public House, DreamWrights Center for Community Arts, and more.

Performances at certain venues will begin at 6 p.m. tonight.
