Lottery ticket worth nearly $2.7 million sold in Chambersburg

A $2.68 million Pennsylvania Lottery Match 6 ticket was sold in Chambersburg to match all six winning numbers.

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — A six-numbered winning Pennsylvania Lottery Match 6 ticket was sold in Chambersburg worth $2,680,000 in the Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024 drawing.

The Corner Convenience & Smoke Store located in Franklin County sold the winning jackpot ticket and will receive a $10,000 bonus for doing so.

More than 70,300 other Match 6 lotto tickets won prizes in the drawing, and players have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prizes.

Pennsylvania Lottery players can purchase their Match 6 Lotto tickets online or by visiting a retailer. Retailers can be found in the Find a Retailer section of the lottery's website.
