DUNCANNON, Pa. — A total of 36 Perry County students sustained minor injuries in a crash involving two school buses Tuesday morning, State Police said.
The crash occurred at 7:35 a.m. on the 1800 block of State Road in Penn Township, Perry County, according to police.
The first bus was stationary when it was struck from behind by a second bus, authorities said. According to Duncannon EMS, minor damage was found with both busses but there was no interior damage.
The students involved were members of the Susquenita School District, according to police.
The injured students were treated at Holy Spirit Hospital, police said.
