The police have suspended their search and water rescue efforts for the night. They will continue their search and rescue operations tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. 

The incident took place on private property within a shared waterway of Fairview Township and Cumberland County, prompting the Cumberland County Police to assist in the search.

Law enforcement and emergency responders are currently at the scene of a water rescue incident in Fairview Township, York County at Yellow Breeches Creek. According to the Fairview Township Police Department, a juvenile male is missing after his kayak capsized, causing him to fall into the water.

The incident, which occurred earlier this evening, has prompted a widespread search effort involving helicopters, drones, and police personnel. Rescue crews have been actively engaged in the search since 5:00 pm, utilizing all available resources to locate the missing juvenile.
