YORK, Pa. — Rabbittransit announced that its fixed-route serve in York County will be free to riders during Tuesday's primary election.
York County riders will be able to board the bus without paying a fare or displaying a bus pass, the transporation company said.
"This effort is in coordination with Shiloh Baptist Church, who is subsidizing the fixed route bus fares for the day to provide community members a convenient and affordable way to access local polling places along the fixed route," rabbittransit said in a press release.
Riders can find their polling place based on location of residence by using this link.
Riders can use the Google Transit Trip Planner located on www.rabbittransit.org for assistance with planning their bus trip in relation to their polling place.
Riders with additional questions are encouraged to contact rabbittransit customer service.
Shared Ride/Paratransit, Stop Hopper, and rabbitEXPRESS services are not included in this promotion.
