LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Update, 3/22, 2:27 p.m., Police investigation at the scene has determined that a 2017 Kia Sorento driven by a 53-year-old male of Lancaster entered the intersection westbound from Swarr Run Road, colliding with a 2014 Freightliner that was north on McGovernville Road.
The driver of the Kia was extricated from his vehicle by fire and EMS personnel, and was then transported to the hospital for serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
