Two charged in connection to Shippensburg Borough road rage incident

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — Cumberland County police have filed charges against two following a road rage incident that damaged one car.

According to the Shippensburg Police Department, on Thursday, Aug. 15, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Rowe Road and West King Street in Shippensburg Borough, Franklin County. 

Officers were seeking the public's help to identify the owner of the white Ford Fusion and the two individuals pictured who allegedly caused damage to the victim's car. 

Two of them have since been identified as Christopher and Michelle Skaggs of Orrstown. Both have been charged with disorderly conduct, according to the Shippensburg Police Department.
