Gaming revenue across the state saw an increase of 9% in February, according to data released this week by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Racecourse had the largest increase in the state, as revenues went up 26.74% from February 2023, the Gaming Board said. The total amount of gaming revenue reported by the Grantville, Dauphin County casino last month was $91,974,281, the Board said.
The statewide revenue numbers reflect all forms of gaming, including fantasy sports, slot machines, table games, sports wagering, and video gaming terminals, the GCB said.
Gaming revenue also increased at Central Pennsylvania's two other casinos, according to the GCB data.
At Hollywood Casino York, revenues increased by 3%, the GCB said. At Parx Casino Shippensburg, revenues went up by 0.47%.
Total tax revenue generated collectively through all forms of gaming and fantasy contests was $204,961,221 during February 2024, the GCB said.
