YORK, Pa. — Two agencies in south central Pennsylvania have begun steps to merge and better serve the community.
The Arc of York County and The Arc of Adams County began plans to combine their services last fall. They hope this merger will allow the agency to reach more people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This merger has been planned for the last 20 years, and the agency will now run under a new name: The Arc of York and Adam Counties.
