LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. — One person has been taken to the hospital after a crash involving multiple tractor-trailers in Lebanon County.
According to PennDOT, the crash involving two tractor-trailers occurred in the morning hours of Aug. 1 around mile marker 93 on Interstate 81 southbound.
Officials said there was "heavy" entrapment from the crash as one of the tractor-trailers had rolled over.
One person is being taken to the hospital, PennDOT said.
All lanes of Interstate 81 southbound were closed in the area of Exit 100 at Pine Grove for much of the morning.
PennDOT says one of the tractor-trailers was carrying peat moss, which covered the roadway and needed to be cleared.
