RED LION, Pa. — A 16-year-old suspect will be charged as an adult in connection to an alleged armed robbery at a York County Turkey Hill store in October, State Police said this week.
Caidon Fowlkes, of Red Lion, is one of three suspects charged in connection to the Oct. 16 convenience store robbery, police said. The other suspects, both of whom are also from Red Lion, will be charged as juveniles, according to police.
Investigators determined that Fowlkes brandished a firearm and demanded cash from the registers at the Turkey Hill store, located on the 300 block of West Broadway.
Police say the suspects took $214 in cash from the store.
Fowlkes was arraigned Wednesday on charges of robbery, aggravated assault, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of a firearm by a minor, terroristic threats, theft by unlawful taking, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
